Empowerful is helping teens turn ideas into income and we’re inviting mentors like you to help guide the next generation of entrepreneurs. As a mentor, you’ll work one-on-one with a young founder to help them build and launch their first business. Your role is to share real-world insight, encouragement, and accountability—not to teach classes—just to guide, support, and inspire.

You don’t need to own a business to be a great mentor. You just need:
